Great for a budget stay, but not fancy
For the cheap price i got a comfortable room with great noise reduction and wonderful staff. Stayed there for 5 nights and it was awesome! The location was perfect, just a short trip from delicious restaurants nearby and you get to walk to places like Little Italy.
It wasn't exactly economical, but still acceptable.

We had an awesome time staying for 5 nights in a comfy room with noise reduction and friendly service. The hotel had a neat lounge area and a cozy little garden to unwind after exploring the city. It would’ve been nice if the trash was emptied more often, but for the price, I can’t really complain! 😊

Better cleaning and maintenance needed in the rooms.

The location was fantastic, just a block from the metro, and it didn’t break the bank. Rooms are small and the cleanliness could be better, with some stains on linens. Overall, it served its purpose just fine for a busy New York weekend.

missingWrote a review on Aug 02quiet roomgreat locationneglected trash
A decent spot with a solid view overlooking Roosevelt Park, which kept the noise down remarkably for a budget hotel. The location is a treasure—you're surrounded by diverse neighborhoods like Chinatown and Little Italy, with a rich selection of eateries just a few steps away.
The absence of a kettle in the room was a hassle, especially with four people packed in there. Trash cans felt neglected as they didn't get emptied regularly, leaving us with a buildup that could've used more attention—not every two days, but possibly daily. While there was a microwave and hot water available by the reception, relying on that was less than ideal when you're used to having those conveniences in your own space.

The stay was perfect for exploring the city with friends. The location was fantastic, close to Central Park and Times Square. The noise reduction in our room was impressive, making it easy to relax after a day filled with adventures. However, the housekeeping frequency could have been better, and we had to ask for trash cans to be emptied during our time. Overall, it was a great value for an affordable trip!

I enjoyed staying at the Windsor hotel for 5 nights. The room had comfortable beds and great noise reduction, making it easy to relax after a day out. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I loved the location, just a short walk to the subway and nearby attractions. Having hot water and a microwave available at the front desk was a nice touch. However, the cleaning could use improvement. surfaces weren’t as clean as I would’ve liked. Also, having no kettle in the room was a bit inconvenient, and trash cans should be emptied more frequently. Despite these issues, the affordable price made it worth my stay. I'd come back for a budget-friendly trip.

The location was perfect, just a short trip to Central Park and Times Square. Great value for money. clean and comfortable room. Helpful staff. Just be prepared to keep an eye on the room cleanliness. Would totally recommend it for a fun getaway!
One downside was the musty smell upon arrival, which took a while to air out. Consider bringing some air freshener to help with that.
